Managed Partnerships Limited provides quality, hands-on, bespoke property management solutions for freeholders and residents management companies in London and the Home Counties.

The company was formed by a team of individuals with more than forty years combined experience in the property management industry, managing and providing services to buildings and estates ranging from large developments comprising over 400 properties to small buildings with only a handful of apartments and providing services to freeholders and resident management companies.

The company was born out of our frustration with the poor service some managing agents deliver and the same mistakes they make time and time again. We aim to provide a service that corrects these mistakes whilst replicating what good property managers do well.
