Lost Door Keys, Fobs or Gate Remotes

I have lost my key or fob for the main entrance door to my building or the remote to a car park gate:

If you have lost a key, fob or remote and a third party could identify the building or development, for example, it was inside a stolen handbag which had other identification within, please contact us immediately.

so that we can take urgent steps to secure the building.


In all cases, if you are a flat owner and have lost your key, fob or remote for the communal front door or vehicle gate we can get a replacement to you. Contact us via the Residents Portal or click here and provide your and your property details.


We will then let you know the cost of the replacement. You can pay the cost via the Residents Portal, by Bank Transfer or by calling our Accounts Department on 0203 475 9067. Once paid for, we can send the replacement to you.

 

If you are a tenant and have lost your key, fob or remote, please contact your Landlord or Letting Agent. We cannot take a request from anyone other than the owner of the property. Your Landlord or Letting Agent needs to contact us as above.

I have lost the key to the front door of my flat:


We only manage the communal areas of the building. The front door of your flat is your property and consequently you are responsible for its security. You will need to get a replacement key cut or a locksmith to replace the lock.

I live in a flat and have lost the key to my letterbox:


Your letterbox is not communal property and accordingly is for you to maintain.


You will need to either get a replacement key cut or the lock replaced.
