Administration Charges

There are occasions when you may require additional services from us or administration costs incurred.

An example of an additional service is when you sell your property. Your solicitor or conveyancer will request a pack of information about the property or development and the service charges to present to the buyer.

An example of an administration cost is when an owner is in arrears with his or her service charge payments and reminders have to be issued.

The usual Administration Fees charged in addition to the regular Management Fee are set out in the table below. Please note, however, that these fees are subject to change without notice and if they differ from figures set out in the individual Management Agreement for the building or development, it is the fees quoted in the Management Agreement that take precedence.
