Someone is parked in my Parking Space

We appreciate how difficult parking can be and how frustrating it is when after a hard day at work you return to find someone parked in your space and nowhere else to park.

Firstly, find somewhere else that is safe to park, perhaps in a vacant visitor space or on the street, but please do not park in another resident’s space as this merely compounds the problem.

If there is a Parking Enforcement Scheme in place at your building let us know the details of the vehicle (Make, Model and Registration Number) and we will report it to the enforcement company. If there is a patrol available locally he or she will be directed to attend to ticket the offending vehicle.

We suggest you then leave a polite note on the offending vehicle. It may be a simple misunderstanding where a visitor to another flat or a new resident genuinely does not know that the space belongs to you. Put our details on the note and ask them to contact us. We will tell them (and their landlord and letting agent) where they should be parking.
