Code of Conduct for Contractors, Equality and Anti-Discrimination Policy and Privacy Policy



Prior to acceptance on the panel we will also require you to email us a copy of the following:


Your current Public Liability Insurance Certificate; and


Your written Health and Safety Policy (if you have one) and/or


A copy of your Safety Accreditation Scheme Membership Certificates.
