Resident Management Companies

We recognise that it is not easy being a director of an Resident Management Company (RMC).

It is a big commitment both in terms of time and responsibility.

The partnership between the directors of an RMC and its appointed manager is crucial for the efficient management of the building, equipment and grounds.

We are here to enable you to live and enjoy your home free from the hassle and concerns that can arise from being a director of the RMC.

We can help by:

  • Advising on the role and responsibilities of being a director of a RMC;
  • Carry out all the Company Secretarial responsibilities for the company;
  • Arranging and if required chairing AGMs and other resident meetings including issuing notices and preparing minutes;
