How do I pay my Service Charge?

We offer a number of ways for you to pay your Service Charges and, if applicable, Ground Rent.

Bank Transfer

Each property has its own Designated Client Bank Account. The Sort Code and Account Name and Number are shown on your Payment Request.

Please ensure that the reference quoted on your Payment Request is given when making payment otherwise it can cause a delay in allocating your payment.

Standing Order

Your Service Charges (and Ground Rent) are payable at times prescribed by your lease or deeds. This may be annually, six monthly or quarterly. Very rarely, your Freeholder or RMC may permit payments by monthly Standing Order. If that is the case we will send out a Standing Order form with the Payment Request.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Regrettably, due to charges imposed by the card companies that cannot be recovered, we are unable to offer the option of payment by Credit Card.

Can I pay in Cash?

We do not accept payment in cash for a number of reasons including to ensure compliance with Money Laundering Regulations and, on a practical level, ensuring our staff are not exposed to security risks in banking large amounts of cash.
