I've received a Parking Ticket

If there is private Parking Enforcement Scheme at your development it is run by an independent company and not Managed Partnerships.

You may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) if you have parked in another resident's space or outside of the space allocated to you.

You may also receive a PCN even if parked in your own space, if the permit allocated to you is not properly displayed.

Because the scheme is enforced by an independent company, we regret that we are not able to cancel a PCN if it was validly issued.

If you believe the ticket has not been correctly issued, you need to go through the enforcement company’s own appeal process, details of which will have accompanied the ticket or will be on their website.

If you have received a parking ticket for parking on a public road outside your development, we regret that we cannot appeal this ticket for you nor can we or the client reimburse it if you had to park on the public road due to someone else being parked in your space. If, however, the person who parked in your space can be identified, we can try to help by contacting the owner concerned to seek reimbursement.
